A crisp and invigorating beverage, blending bright citrus with herbal sophistication for a tonic that feels both refreshing and effortlessly refined. Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 3 oz zero-proof vodka or vodka
- 2 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 1 oz rosemary-infused honey syrup (recipe below)
- 6 oz sparkling wine
- Ice
- Rosemary sprig and grapefruit twist for garnish
Rosemary Honey Syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup honey
- 4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- Boil all components for 5 minutes, then filter them while they are still hot before cooling.
Instructions:
- Combine the zero-proof vodka, grapefruit juice and rosemary honey syrup with ice in a shaker.
- Pour the contents through a strainer into a wine glass that contains ice.
- Pour a small splash of sparkling non-alcoholic wine over the drink and decorate with a rosemary sprig and grapefruit twist.
